Namibia, Chobe & Victoria Falls (English-speaking guide)

Arrival at Windhoek international airport. Welcome by your English-speaking representative, then shared transfer to the city. During the journey, you will already be able to see the rolling and arid landscapes that surround the Namibian capital.

Upon arrival in the city, check-in at your guesthouse, ideally located to discover the charms of Windhoek. Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation or set off on a first free walk to explore the lively streets, local markets or admire the architecture blending colonial and African influences.

Breakfast at the lodge, then meeting with your English-speaking guide. Departure by road towards the Namib Desert, one of the oldest in the world, famous for its monumental red dunes and breathtaking landscapes.

Arrival at the lodge and check-in to your room. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation and admire the vast surrounding panoramas.

Free afternoon to discover the surroundings of the lodge: a walk around the area to observe desert flora, contemplate the changing colors of the dunes throughout the day, or simply relax by the pool with a view of the desert's immensity. The silence and raw beauty of Namib offer a unique atmosphere, conducive to contemplation and rest before tomorrow's adventures.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure with your guide and circuit vehicle for an excursion to Sossusvlei and the Sesriem canyon.

The Namib desert and the Sossusvlei region offer some of the most iconic landscapes in Namibie. Its immense red dunes, among the highest in the world, create spectacular plays of light at sunrise. Must-see sites such as Dead Vlei, Dune 45, Big Daddy and the Sesriem canyon reveal the striking beauty of this ancient desert.

Despite its aridity, the area is home to adapted wildlife, including oryx, springbok and ostrich. You may also observe desert geckos, specialized insects and sometimes even jackals or hyenas in search of food.

The nights there have exceptional clarity, ideal for stargazing: the Milky Way appears there with rare intensity, offering an unforgettable celestial spectacle.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure by road towards the city of Swakopmund, a charming seaside resort on the Atlantic coast. The journey crosses contrasting landscapes, ranging from the desert expanses of Namibie to arid plains dotted with mountains.

Lunch during the journey, at a restaurant or local stop, allowing you to taste Namibian cuisine or simply enjoy a convivial break.

Arrival in Swakopmund and check-in at your hotel. Free time to discover the surroundings: a stroll along the jetty, wandering through streets with Germanic architectural influences, or visits to craft markets.

In the evening, dinner at a restaurant in town, where you can savor local specialties, in particular fresh fish or seafood dishes, renowned on this coast.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure for a boat excursion: experience unforgettable encounters with Namibian marine wildlife. In addition to seals and rescued pelicans that often join passengers, you may observe dolphins and, depending on the season, whales during this 3.5-hour cruise. The guides will share their knowledge of the marine ecosystem and the history of the Namibian coast.

In the afternoon, 4x4 excursion to Sandwich Harbour. This adventure crosses the salt flats and enters the Namib-Naukluft park, "where the ocean and the desert meet". The final stop is the Sandwich Harbour lagoon, a spectacular site where the dunes plunge directly into the Atlantic. The guides will demonstrate their expertise by climbing massive dunes, offering breathtaking panoramas.

The city of Swakopmund is an elegant coastal town nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the desert dunes. Its German-influenced architecture, cool climate and relaxed atmosphere make it an unmissable stop. The town is a true center of activities: sea outings to observe dolphins and sea lions, sandboarding, quad biking in the dunes, kayaking and scenic flights over the Skeleton Coast. Cafés, craft markets and excellent restaurants complete the experience. Swakopmund is the ideal place to recharge and enjoy a unique blend of culture, ocean and adventure.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure by road with your English-speaking guide towards the Damaraland region. This journey crosses spectacular landscapes, between steep mountains, dried-up valleys and vast semi-desert plains.

In the afternoon, departure for a guided excursion with your circuit vehicle, in search of the famous desert elephants that move along the bed of the Huab River. These pachyderms, perfectly adapted to arid conditions, travel long distances to find water and food. The experience is unique: observing these giants evolving in such a hostile environment is a rare and moving moment.

Along the way, you will also be able to admire the grand landscapes of Damaraland, dotted with rock formations, sparse vegetation and sometimes encounters with other species such as oryx or springboks.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure with your English-speaking guide and circuit vehicle to visit the Twyfelfontein site, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will discover more than 2,000 rock engravings, fascinating testimonies of the San peoples who inhabited the region several millennia ago.

Continue by road towards the Etosha national park, one of the most famous wildlife sanctuaries in southern Africa. The journey crosses varied landscapes, ranging from the mountains of Damaraland to the vast plains that mark the entrance to the park.

Arrival and check-in at the lodge, located near the park entrance. Free afternoon to enjoy the surroundings: relaxation at the lodge, wildlife observation at nearby watering holes, or simply contemplating the endless landscapes.

In the evening, you can enjoy dinner in a peaceful atmosphere, before preparing for tomorrow's safaris which will reveal all the richness of Etosha's wildlife.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure by road towards Divundu. You will travel through the towns of Tsumeb and Rundu, which will allow you to see varied landscapes ranging from mining areas to the verdant banks of the Okavango.

This is one of the longest journeys of your itinerary; however, the road is entirely paved, which makes travel more comfortable and smooth. Along the way, you will be able to observe traditional villages, lively local markets and sometimes scenes of daily life that offer an authentic glimpse of rural Namibie.

Arrival in Divundu in the late afternoon and check-in at the lodge, located near the banks of the Okavango. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation, admire the sunset over the river and listen to the sounds of the surrounding nature, a prelude to your discovery of the Kavango region and the Caprivi Strip.

Breakfast at the lodge, then enjoy a final guided safari in the Bwabwata National Park. This park, located in the Caprivi Strip, is renowned for its riparian forest landscapes, floodplains and abundant wildlife. You will have the opportunity to observe elephants, buffalo, hippopotamuses and a wide variety of birds, including fish eagles and colorful kingfishers.

After this morning immersion, continue your journey towards Kongola. The route crosses traditional villages and verdant landscapes along the Kwando River, offering an authentic glimpse of local life and traditions of the region's communities.

Arrival at the lodge in late afternoon and check-in. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the surroundings: relaxation by the river, observation of animals coming to drink, or simply contemplation of the sunset over the Caprivi plains. In the evening, you can enjoy a peaceful dinner, lulled by the sounds of nature.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure this morning with your English-speaking guide towards the Chobe National Park, crossing the borders of Namibia and Botswana. The journey is an opportunity to admire the changing landscapes and discover the transition between the Namibian plains and the wooded areas of Botswana.

Arrival at the lodge in early afternoon and end of your guide and vehicle services. Check-in and free time to relax or enjoy the lodge facilities, often located on the banks of the Chobe River.

In the afternoon, departure for a boat safari on the Chobe River, until sunset. This unique experience will allow you to observe up close elephants coming to bathe, hippopotamuses, crocodiles and a multitude of aquatic birds. The spectacle of the setting sun, tinting the river with golden and red reflections, creates a magical and unforgettable atmosphere.

Breakfast at the lodge, then departure this morning for a non-private guided safari in the Chobe National Park. Famous for its vast herds of elephants and abundant wildlife, Chobe offers exceptional safaris both by vehicle and by boat. Along the river, buffalo, hippopotamuses, crocodiles and a multitude of birds gather, creating one of the most beautiful natural spectacles in Botswana.

Around 10:00 AM, non-private English-speaking transfer to the city of Victoria Falls, in Zimbabwe. The journey will allow you to cross varied landscapes and experience the transition between Botswana's savannas and the wooded areas near the Zambezi.

Arrival at your lodge or hotel in early afternoon. After lunch, departure to visit Victoria Falls with a local guide (English-speaking), non-private.

At the end of the day, the roar of Victoria Falls can be heard several kilometers away, announcing one of Africa's most impressive natural wonders.
